Common Questions
Withdrawals
- To request a distribution from one of your accounts, you can call the office (425-749-3300) or email your Client Care team member.
- Distributions require a verbal verification for the security of your account and typically take 7-10 business days to complete.
- If we are sending a check or electronic transfer to a different address or account than the one we have on record, we will send a form via DocuSign to add the address or link the new account.
Tax Documents
- We offer the option for us to coordinate your end-of-the-year tax documents and send them to your CPA/tax advisor. When tax forms are available, we will send them via secure email to your CPA on record. (Don’t worry, we always check in beforehand in case there have been any changes in relation to your CPA/tax advisor team.)
