Alterra Advisors is hiring an Operations Administrator to support the internal operations of the firm for financial plan prep, account setup processes, and ongoing client services. Success in this position is imperative to achieving Alterra’s mission of being a leading wealth management firm in the Pacific Northwest.

You’ll be the pillar of accuracy in assisting our team effectively set up our clients’ accounts at Alterra. You will be the first on the scene to coordinate the client data to start the financial plan creation process and assist in the ongoing management of plans to prepare for periodic client reviews. You will collaborate with the advising team to ensure the client cases are progressing and weekly updates are ready for clients to ensure they are receiving an excellent experience.

Full time position, starting at 40 hours a week, 8-5 PM, with great flexibility within the role.
